Once upon a time, in a sunny village, there was a young shepherd boy named Timmy. Every day, Timmy took care of a flock of fluffy sheep on a green hill. He loved his job, watching the sheep munch on grass and play in the warm sun. But sometimes, Timmy felt bored and wished for something exciting to happen. He would sit on a big rock, dreaming of adventures, while his sheep grazed peacefully around him.
One day, feeling mischievous, Timmy thought of a funny prank. He jumped up and shouted, "Help! Help! A wolf is coming!" The villagers heard his cries and rushed up the hill, worried for the sheep. But when they arrived, they found Timmy laughing. "There’s no wolf! I was just joking!" The villagers were not amused. They shook their heads and walked back home, grumbling about the silly boy.
A few days later, Timmy felt bored again. So, he decided to play the same trick. He yelled, "Wolf! Wolf! Help!" The villagers, now angry, hurried up the hill once more. When they reached him, they found Timmy giggling again. "No wolf! Just kidding!" This time, the villagers scolded him. "You must stop lying, Timmy!" they warned. They returned to their homes, shaking their heads in disappointment.
Then, one sunny afternoon, as Timmy sat on his rock, a real wolf appeared! It crept toward the sheep, hungry and sneaky. Timmy was terrified and shouted, "Wolf! Wolf! Please help!" But the villagers, remembering his lies, did not believe him. They stayed in their homes, thinking it was another prank. The wolf chased the sheep, and Timmy learned a hard lesson that day. From then on, he understood: "Nobody believes a liar, even when they tell the truth."
